Quality, environment and information security policy

It is the policy of INSTITUTO DE VALORACIONES, S.A. to provide at all times and to all customers, quality services free of defects, within the stipulated deadlines, aligned with the protection of the environment and ensuring the security of the information related to its real estate appraisal and valuation services. Teamwork is vital to the success of the Company and, therefore, this policy applies to both external and internal customers.

Each employee is responsible for the quality, information security and environmental aspects of his or her own work and, to enable him or her to fulfill this responsibility, the General Management will ensure that he or she is adequately trained and motivated. In order to comply with customer, legal, regulatory and other requirements, INSTITUTO DE VALORACIONES, S.A. has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2014 standards, as well as with the particular legislation of its sector and the applicable environmental and occupational risk prevention legislation, ensuring that the relevant measures are taken for the safety of people.

The General Management of INSTITUTO DE VALORACIONES, S.A. is committed to establish a documented MIS whose effectiveness is continuously improved in order to meet the objectives of increasing the satisfaction of customers, employees and other interested parties, to obtain adequate profitability and to demonstrate the organization’s ability to provide services aligned with the protection of Quality, Information and the Environment.

This policy is established to provide a reference framework for the establishment of Quality, Information Security and Environmental objectives, including pollution prevention and other specific commitments to which the organization subscribes, such as the sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change and the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems. These objectives are reviewed during Management Review meetings and the status of the MIS is communicated to staff and other stakeholders through appropriate communications. The General Management is committed to provide all the material and human resources necessary for the optimal performance of the IMS and assumes the commitment that the organization will continuously improve its effectiveness through the application of the Integrated Policy, the establishment of related objectives, the performance of periodic audits, the analysis of the results obtained, the implementation of the appropriate corrective actions and the Management Review.
